First post on the forum, been reading incessantly and will continue.

So I have to take a Pre Employment physical and instant drug screen. I have not read a LOT of posts about this situation…where there’s a possibility I may have to strip down to naked OR with underwear in a gown.

Right now my plan has a few components – will love your feedback:

1) to tell them upon entering the clinic that I have to pee badly and ask if I can provide the urine right away. If they say NO then I will have to pee anyway (BEFORE the physical) and won’t be able to pee again until they close up for the day. Afternoon appointment.

2) to make a great pair of boxers or underwear to hold the bottle, etc… need to figure out how big all this stuff is going to be. The point here is that I want to be able to drop my underpants and pants WITH the piss bottle in my underpants, etc… just in case I actually do get asked to drop my pants for the hernia test. I *might* not do this step – it sounds necessary to keep that bottle closer to my body. It would be nice to be able to take my underwear off naturally – this way I fully integrate the supplies into my genitals. Makes sense?

3) Dilution per the N2 Dilution method detailed in the Sticky post – and I have time to do at least a couple of dry runs on the dilution.

I have a lot of uncertainty about where and how I will undress. I was able to learn some info about the testing and physical procedures by calling another branch of the chain clinic. When I go from the piss test into the physical – where does that bottle go? Back in the underpants? Now suppose I get a “clothed” physical and have to drop drawers 4 hernia test?

My plan is subject to change of course….thx for any feedback.
